PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Coalville City Planning Commission WILDA'S NO. 2 MINOR SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT 663 SOUTH MAIN STREET, (WLDA - 1) Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend an action on the proposed Wilda's No. 2 Minor Subdivision Final Plat, 663 South Main Street, WLDA-1 on Monday, March 20, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main. The proposed minor final subdivision plat requires is re-subdivision of Lot 1 of the Wilda's Subdivision for two additional lots and requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission to the City Council. All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
