Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Minutes DECEMBER 5, 2022, AT 5:00 PM The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Lori Talbot, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Chair Todd Breinholt and committee members Chad Veater, Clint Albrecht, Tracy Wright and Chris Hatch. Also present was Paul Dastrup. Adoption of the Agenda Chad Veater moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Minutes Chad Veater moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to postpone the approval of the minutes for the next meeting. The motion passed with all in favor. Short Term Rental - Hive Vacation Rentals at 694 N Kaycie Lane Chad Veater moved, seconded by Tracy Wright to approve Hive Vacation Rentals contingent upon them hiring a local manager and at the placement of a business sign. The motion passed with all in favor. Short Term Rental - Country View Farmhouse at 405 W Aspen Valley Drive Clint Albrecht moved, seconded by Chad Veater to approve the short term rental Country View Farmhouse at 405 W Aspen Valley Drive. The motion passed with all in favor. Multifamily Dwelling/Zoning The Committee reviewed Kanab's multifamily dwelling ordinance and Panguitch City's and suggested some changes they would like to see Adjournment Chad Veater moved, seconded by Tracy wright to adjourned at 5:36 pm. _________________________________ Recorder, Tyrissa P.
