Panguitch City Planning and Zoning Minutes NOVEMBER 7, 2022, AT 5:00 PM The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held at the Panguitch City Office at 25 S 200 E. Those in attendance were City Manager Lori Talbot, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, Committee Vice Chair Chad Veater and committee members Clint Albrecht, Trudi Owens and Chris Hatch. Also present was Paul Dastrup. Adoption of the Agenda Trudi Owens moved, seconded by Chris Hatch to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Minutes Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht to approve the minutes. The motion passed with all in favor. Secondary Dwelling - Mike Johnson Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Trudi Owens, to give time for the party involved to attend the meeting. The motion passed with all in favor. Multifamily Dwellings Zoning/Density Clint Albrecht researched Kanab, Utah's ordinances on multi-family dwellings and felt they had some useful requirements. Chris Hatch talked to the County and found out that if agricultural properties are changed to commercial, they can keep being taxed as agricultural until the use changes or the property sales. Secondary Dwelling - Mike Johnson Chris Hatch moved, seconded by Clint Albrecht, to deny the secondary dwelling as presented, unless the two buildings are connected. Mike Johnson may appeal the to the Board of Adjustments. Adjournment Clint Albrecht moved to adjourned at 5:48 pm. _________________________________ Recorder, Tyrissa P. Howell
