- RFA Letter of Intent closing date was on February 23, 2023
o Twenty-three groups submitted LOIs
- RFA document was amended: 1) Bonus Criteria changed slightly to align with HUD definition of 'elderly person' and 2) Application materials modified due to a redundancy in the materials requested as part of the submission.
- Salt Lake County Procurement Office to review acceptable practices for Housing Trust Fund Review Committee, Teresa Young (SLCo Contracts & Procurement)
o Application submission deadline is March 15, 2023
