- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, April 4, 2023, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to consider adopting an ordinance that would amend the zoning of property at 865 South 500 East Street from RMF-30 (Low Density Multi-Family Residential District) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial District), this would also amend the Central Community Master Plan Future Land Use Map. The intent of the rezone request is to allow for the conversion of the existing single-family dwelling on the property to a commercial use. Consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics. The property is located within Council District 5. Petitioner: Rick Service, Petition No.: PLNPCM2022-00301 & PLNPCM2022-00302 All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 326, Salt Lake City, Utah.
