- GRANTSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF DISCUSSION AND PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 2 DEFINITIONS OF WATERWISE LANDSCAPING IN THE GRANTSVILLE CITY LAND USE CODE. Pursuant to the provisions of Section §10-9A-205 and §10-9a-502 of the Utah Code. Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville Planning Commission will hold a discussion and public hearing on March 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall. The meeting will also be broadcast on Zoom. The discussion, public hearing and meeting are to receive public input and consider action on the proposed amendment of Chapter 2 Definitions of Waterwise landscaping in the Grantsville City Land Use Code and make a recommendation to the City Council. You are invited to request a copy of the proposed amendment by emailing Community and Economic Development at lthompson@grantsvilleut.gov. All comments and concerns need to be sent in writing through email or mail and received no later than noon March 16, 2023. Dated this 6th day of March, 2023.
