- NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE OR AMEND THE IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Murray City (the 'City') intends to contract to prepare or amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) related to parks, trails, and recreation. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this IFFP and IFA are the entire City boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents. To provide information please contact Kim Sorensen, Parks and Recreation Director at 296 E. Murray Park Avenue, Murray, Utah 84107 or by email at ksorensen@murray.utah.gov. Any information received should be provided in writing.
