Description/Agenda: Hyde Park City PUBLIC HEARINGS 113 E Center St Wednesday, March 15, 2023 7:00 PM The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider these Legislative items (HPC Code): 1. 12.160 Landscaping Update ordinance to comply with Department of Natural Resources, allowing residents to apply for a landscape rebate program. 2. New zone: Mixed-Use Create a new zone made up of commercial and residential, including various residential housing options. 3. New zone: Mountain Recreation Create a zone appropriate for the east bench, focusing on outdoor recreation and smaller lots. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
