1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance. 4. March activities a. Lunch Bunch March 3rd Jims Restaurant b. Senior Council March 7 at 9 AM c. Lunches served March 1,8,9,15,16,22,23,29,30 d. Art class every Wednesday with an instructor, artists can paint on their own on Thursdays e. Bingo March 20th pot luck dinner 5 PM f. Craft class March 23 Easter Bunny Tin can Planters g. March 27th 5 PM Movie night 'Return to Snowy River' Bring your own movie treats. h. We will work on crafts for Pony express days booth April and May every Wednesday and Thursday 5. April Activities a. Senior Council Mtg. April 4 10 AM b. Lunches served 5,12,13,19,20,26,27 at 12 noon c. Art class oil painting Quilts and puzzles every Wednesday and Thursday at 10 am d. Crafts for Pony Express booth available every Wed and Thursday at 10 Am e. Lunch Bunch April 6 there will not be art or crafts available this day f. April 17 Bingo 5 PM Pot Luck g. Senior Activity to be named 6. Open discussion a. Possible trip to foundry in conjunction with Lunch Bunch b. Christmas in June Activity Catered dinner. c. Pony Express Days dates June 1,2,3 i. No booth on Saturday ??? d. Rodeo date May 30 Memorial day e. May 20 Plant flowers at Cemetery 7. Report on Assignments a. Our budget is under control Just need to watch expenditures so as to have money left in June for catered meal. b. New lights were added parking lot and side walk are lit up at night now. c. Is it possible to build a horse pit on the east side of senior center.??? d. Request was put in to check out water heater. Next council Meeting will be April 4th, 2023 at 10:00 AM
