NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT AMENDMENT HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday March 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Council will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Amendments/additional text to the Zoning Ordinance including, but not limited to: 1) Chapter 11-10, Agricultural Zones Sections 11-10-020 Schedule of Uses and 11-20-040 C Lot Coverage; 2) Chapter 11-2 Definitions; and 3) Chapter 32 Off Street Parking Loading and Access; and 4) enacting Chapter 27B Agriculture Planned District (ZT-23-21). 2. Additional text and amendment to Farmington City Code Section 12-8-095: PAYBACK AGREEMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS. The purpose of this amendment is to detail how pioneering agreements are implemented. (ZT-1-23) The public is invited to attend the hearings and give written or verbal comments. DATED this 2nd day of March 2023.
