- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on an application to vacate the lot lines for lots 9, 10 and 16 in the Brian Head Unit 3 Subdivision (Parcel Nos: A-1148-0005-0032, A-1148-0005-0033 and A-1148-0005-0034) into a single lot on March 7, 2023 during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Anyone wishing to review the information on the proposed Lot Line Vacation may do so at the Brian Head Town Hall during normal business hours of 9:00am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Anyone wishing to make comment on the proposed Lot Line Vacation may submit written comment to the Town Clerk at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than March 6, 2023 by 4:30 pm (MST).
