PUBLIC NOTICE Lehi City Planning Commission Notice is hereby given that the Lehi City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Thursday, March 9, which begins at 7:00 p.m., at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 N. 100 E., Lehi, Utah, as listed below: Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of the Lehi Fire Station 84 zone change on 4.1 acres located at approximately 1500 North and 3600 West from TH-5 (transitional holding) to Public Facility. Public hearing and recommendation of Capital Real Estate's request for review of a General Plan amendment on 1.74 acres located at approximately 1800 North 2300 West changing the land use designation from LDR (low density residential) to Neighborhood Commercial. Public hearing and consideration of Capital Real Estate's request for approval of the Everbrook Academy Child Care Facility Concept located at approximately 1800 North 2300 West with exceptions requested. Public hearing and recommendation of AWA's request for approval of the Lehi Commercial Concept Plan on 1.4 acres located at 3701 West 2150 North with exceptions requested. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's request for review of the Skye Area West Side Grading Permit on 144.86-acres located at approximately 4340 North Center Street.
