PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Phasing Plan - Located at approx. 200 South 1050 East (Battle Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Blossom Hill LLC for the establishment of a two-phase phasing plan, approximately located at 200 South 1050 East in the R1-9 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
