DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. February 22, 2023
2. Final Plat
A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 1. The proposal involves creating 24 single-family lots and 1 commercial lot located at approximately 525 West Arrowhead Trail.
B. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 2. The proposal involves creating 35 single-family lots located at approximately 2000 South Del Monte Road.
C. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 3. The proposal involves creating 42 single-family lots located at approximately 400 West Arrowhead Trail.
D. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 4. The proposal involves creating 45 single-family lots located at approximately 400 West Arrowhead Trail.
3. Preliminary Plat and Zone Change
A. WYNDSONG SUBDIVISION. The proposal involves changing the current Zone from R-R to R-1-8 in conjunction with the development of 19 residential lots as a Master Planned Development to be located at 493 East 1350 South.
4. Preliminary Plat
A. MEADOW CREEK RIDGE AMENDED. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval of a residential subdivision that includes 39 residential lots to be located at 1470 East Spanish Fork Parkway.
B. EAGLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION AMENDED. The proposal involves expanding the Preliminary Plat in order to add 7 additional single-family homes in a Master Planned Development located at 263 South Spanish Fork Parkway.
