Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on March 7, 2023 to receive public comment on a request by Mark McKee, representing Exeter Draper Land LLC and ARCO Design Build. For an Amended Development Agreement known as the Exeter (Summit Commerce Center) 2nd Amended Development Agreement, located at approximately 13004 S. Pony Express Road, for the purpose of amending the existing Development Agreement to permit additional wall signage on the building in excess of current ordinance limits.
