NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings to receive and consider comments on the following items: 1. Comprehensive General Plan Update - a copy of the Draft Comprehensive Plan can be viewed at www.imaginesouthogden.org 2. Proposed Development Agreement with McConkie Multifamily Construction for Apartments Located at 5083 Harrison Blvd. - this agreement would grant several exceptions to the zoning code including, but not limited to, allowing buildings to be four stories rather than three, and reducing floor height requirements. 3. Proposed Amendments to Angled Parking Requirements - the amendments would limit 45° and 60° angled parking to one-way travel only. The public hearings will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment. The public hearing will also be streamed live at www.facebook.com/southogdencity. Comments for the public hearing will be accepted through the comment feature on Facebook.
