Call to Order B. General Business 1. Approve minutes of January 23, 2023 (Regular meeting) 2. Approve minutes of January 31, 2023 (Special meeting) 3. Safety Report / Director's Report 4. Airport Monthly Data Report - January 2023 C. Citizens to be Heard D. Discussion Items: 1. Project Reports a. SRE Building - Concrete work to begin b. Terminal Modification - Finally have a contractor c. ALP Update - Working Paper #2 d. 2023 Fencing project - Working on grant application e. Rent Study - Wrapping up f. ARFF truck repairs - ongoing 2. Discuss Redtail's preliminary plan to replace the current wash bay and Hangar A with a super-large hangar, capable of storing jets, and building a new wash bay for both rental car companies on a landside location. 3. U.S.D.O.T rejection of Skywest proposal and opening of new bid period. E. Action Items: Discussion and Consideration (some for Recommendation to County Commission with approvals subject to limitation) 1. Discuss/ Approve the dedication of CNY operations building in the name of Bill Groff. F. Reports: 1. County Commission 2. City of Moab 3. Travel Council 4. Solar Committee 5. Other reports for Airport Board G. Future Considerations 1. SITLA land swap 2. PFC application H. Closed Session, if necessary I.
