Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive input on an amendment to the Brigham City Code Title 29 Zoning, Chapter 29.13 Commercial Districts, to include the use category 'Beer Retailer, as defined by Utah Code' as a permitted use in both the GC General Commercial and CBD Central Business District zoning districts. The public hearing will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available during business hours by contacting the Brigham City Community & Economic Development Office at (435) 734-6604. Business Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. APPLICATION # 23-014
