NOTICE OF MEETING HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold meetings at the referenced site on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, commencing on-site at approximately 9:00 a.m. The estimated site times are in bold. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Consider a request for a hillside development permit to build a new townhome development on the property located at 1100 W Curly Hollow Dr. Meeting time is approx. 9:00 am 2. Consider a request for a hillside development permit to make modifications to the ridgeline along the southeast slope of the Tech Ridge Development. Meeting time is approx. 10:00 am 3. Consider a request for a hillside development permit to construct the southeast access road from 250 West St. to the Tech Ridge Development. Meeting time is approx. 10:00 am 4. Approval of the meeting minutes from the November 30, 2022, and the December 14, 2022, meetings.
