NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 1) Gunnison Valley Hospital Board Members Report – Sara Donaldson 2) Administration of Oath of Office to new Police Officer- Tyler Donaldson 3) Discuss Upcoming Water Project and Proposed Approval of Plan Modification in Order to Replace Old Water Line – Council Member Steve Buchanan 4) Discuss Attendance to Utah League of Cities and Towns upcoming Convention September 14-16, 2011, SLC 5) Proposed Approval of Resolution 2011-7, Establishing the 2011 Municipal Voting Precincts and Polling Places 6) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, July 13, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions and Wednesday, July 27, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions 7) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 8) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 9) Closed Session 10) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
