Description/Agenda: BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCE NO. 23-05 Notice is hereby given that on February 16, 2023, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinance No. 23-05, amending the Brigham City Code Chapter 4.03.050, Number of Cats and/or Dogs per Residence, to change the number of cats or dogs allowed to three (3), and total number of cats and dogs to four (4) per residence . The Ordinance shall take effect on February 17, 2023. A copy of the ordinance is available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
