Conduct subcommittee monthly check-in reports from subcommittee heads: Preservation (Chris Schow) Update on Old Town Hall funding, restoration status, and grant application. History & Publications Update on status of: (Laurel Cunningham) - Volume I edit - 'By These Hands' biography book - Manila Church booklet Community Outreach (Denise Trickler) Other Business Items 1. Vote to instate new Executive Committee (chair, vice chair, and secretary). 2. Finalize list of 2023 goals and projects and vote to accept. 3. Give an update on progress to obtain more Commission members. 4. Discuss open house ideas for the Old Town Hall at its completion. Next PGHPC meeting: Thursday, March 16, 7 PM
