Notice of PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 and the Clearfield City Council at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 11, 2023. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015. All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted online by visiting https://clearfield.city/ and clicking on public notices or by mailing comments to Clearfield City, Community Development Department, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting, may not be able to be considered. Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action on the second amendment to the Master Development Agreement (MDA) with Clearfield City, Utah Transit Authority (UTA) and Clearfield Station Partners, LLC for the Clearfield Station project, to address on street parking. Location: Approx. 1250 South State Street (TINs: 12-066-0138, 12-882-0001, 12-882-0004, and 12-882-0005). Project Area: Approx. 56 Acres. A copy of the application is available for review at the Customer Service Center on the 1st floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
