Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 7:00 p.m. followed by a regular City Council meeting at 8:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 15th day of February 2023 at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows:
