CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Campbell 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Chaves B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of City Expenditures from January 2023. D. PRESENTATION: 1. Miss.Toquerville Royalty E. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS: 1. City Manager - Afton Moore: Emergency Preparedness, Code Enforcement, County Prosecutor F. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and ratification to waive the Lichfield Zone Change Application Fee. (Phone call vote was taken on January 11th, 2023. Vote was 4-1). 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Adopting Ash Creek Special Service Districts development procedures design standards and construction specifications. 3. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2023.XX Uniform Fee Schedule - Creating Public Improvement Inspection Fee and updating Park Pavilion and Ball Field Fees. Removing portable chairs and extra tables fee, creating a maximum of 2 additional field preps. 4. Discussion and possible action on a Simple Subdivision application submitted by Jessi Olds. Tax ID #: T-53-A,T-49-A-1-B-A. Current Zoning is Single Family Residential R-1-12. G. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. Budget Strategy Session - Tuesday, March 7th, 2023, at Springs Event Center 11 am - 1 pm 2. State of the City Mayors Address and Public Open House - Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, at Toquerville City Hall 6 pm 3. Spring Community Clean-up - Friday, March 17th through Monday, March 20th, 2023 4. Spring Social - Wednesday, March 29th, 2023, at Center Street Park 5 pm - 7 pm 5. Community Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday, April 8th, 2023, at Center Street Park 10 am 6. Toquerville City Farmers Market - Saturday, May 20th, 2023, at City Hall (Every 3rd Saturday through October) 9 am - 1 pm H.
