Welcome: Introductions; Roll; Summary of Last Meeting's Actions; Review and Approval of Agenda II. Committee Business - a. Summit Lands Conservatory. b. Discuss a date for the Committee to report to the City Council as to how the Committee is working toward the Council Priorities and Alignment Procedures. Schedule for end of year reviews in preparation for the Council Retreat in the next year. c. Review and discuss proposed revision to structure and number of committee members, and potential approval of the proposed Ordinance to effectuate such changes. III. Reports - a. Trails Update b.
