- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 1979 West 1900 South to discuss the following matters: Subdivision Amendment - Parkview at Shoreline: Request from Woodside Homes for a preliminary subdivision amendment that will affect the Shoreline East subdivision located at approximately 2550 W 3200 S, containing approximately 7.71 acres in an RPC zone. Subdivision Amendment - Shoreline East: Request from Woodside Homes for a plat amendment that will modify Shoreline East subdivision phasing. The development is located at approximately 2550 W 3200 S and contains approx. 7.71 acres in an RPC zone. General Plan Map Amendment - Commercial and Low-Density Residential to Industrial: Proposal by Earthworks, Inc. for an amendment to the Syracuse General Plan Map on approximately 1.08 acres at approximately 2751 S 1000 W - currently zoned A-1 (Agriculture) and R-2 (Residential).
