**CANDIDATES AND NOMINATION PETITIONS SHALL BE FILED AT THE TOWN OFFICE FROM JUNE 1ST THROUGH JUNE 7, 2023 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM AND 2:00 PM. NOTICE: IF FILING OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES, PLEASE CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT (801)-667-9910 OR EMAIL GOSHENTOWN@GMAIL.COM Town of Goshen TOWN HALL, 10 W MAIN STREET GOSHEN UT, 84633 NOTICE OF ELECTIONS Pursuant to Utah Code 10-3-301, The Town of Goshen hereby gives notice the following municipal offices will be voted on in the 2023 Municipal Election: Council Member Seat - 4-year term Council Member Seat - 4-year term Terms are expiring for Council Member Seat, (Randy Thomas), and Council Member Seat, (Charles Pipkin). The Constitutional and Statutory qualification requirements for municipal office are: 1. The person is a registered voter in the municipality. 2. The person will be at least 18 years old at the time of the next election. 3. The person is a legal resident of the municipality for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the election. 4. The person has not been convicted of a felony. All individual candidates and nomination petitions shall be filed at the Town Office from June 1 through June 7, 2023, between the hours of 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
