- SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SYNOPSIS OF INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF SALT LAKE CITY AND SALT LAKE COUNTY The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City ('RDA') and Salt Lake County ('County') executed an Interlocal and Cooperation Agreement ('Agreement') on February 1, 2023. Pursuant to the Agreement, the County agrees and consents that the RDA shall be entitled to retain up to seventy-five percent of the County's portion of property tax increment from the State Street Community Reinvestment Area for twenty years up to a maximum of $8,194,813 and contingent upon continued compliance with the participation terms approved by the County. Copies of the Agreement in its entirety are available for the public at the Salt Lake City Recorder's Office located at 451 S. State Street, Room 415, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, during regular business hours. The Agreement will also be posted on the RDA's website at http://slcrda.com/current-work. This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the date of its first publication.
