- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors of Salt Lake City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 2:00 PM. about a resolution that would amend the 20-year consolidated budget for the State Street Community Reinvestment Area (CRA). The purpose of this budget amendment is to align the State Street CRA budget adopted by the Board in August of 2018 with the terms of the executed interlocal agreements with participating taxing entities including Salt Lake City, Salt Lake City School District and Salt Lake County. All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter. This meeting will be held via electronic means, while also providing for an in-person opportunity to attend or participate in the hearing at the City and County Building, located at 451 South State Street, Room 326, Salt Lake City, Utah.
