- Riverton City Invitation for Bid #CC23-424 2023 Overlay Project Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 2023 Overlay Project. Work on this project includes: A 2' asphalt overlay of 12600 South from 4500 West to Pasture Road, Shaggy Peak Drive from 5400 West to 13800 South, 12875 South from 2700 West to 2525 West, and Thunder Road from 3770 West to 3600 West. The work will consist primarily of: - Removal of (6) existing speed humps - 17,800 linear feet of 8' wide edge roto-mill - Placement of approximately 508,300 square feet of 2' asphalt overlay with geotextile fabric. - Adjust/raise utilities to grade - Re-striping of roads - Other items as specified Sealed bids will be due by 2:00 pm on March 2, 2023 and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bidders registered on the plan holder's list, may request to attend the opening via Zoom meeting by sending a request to the purchasing department, ccalvert@rivertonutah.gov. An electronic format of the bid package may be obtained through the purchasing website after February 13, 2023. https://www.rivertonutah.gov/purchasing/solicitations.php.
