4) White City Comprehensive Code Update for Titles 18 & 19 - The White City Comprehensive Code Update Project will update Title 18 Subdivisions and Title 19 Zoning of the White City Municipal Code in order to ensure compliance with state requirements, promote compatibility with White City's new General Plan, and provide reasonable opportunity to development of lots while promoting community aesthetics and desired amenities. At this work meeting, the Planning Commission will review all the proposed changes made to the Titles 18 and 19 of the White City code.
