Description/Agenda: Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing February 22, 2023 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 22 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Jay Deher requests an amendment to Midvale Municipal Code 17-7-1.4 regarding Development Standards in the SF-1 Zone.
