Stakeholders Council Trails Committee Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council will hold a Trails Committee meeting at approximately 2:00 p.m., or soon thereafter on Thursday, February 9, 2023. This meeting will occur both in-person and virtually via ZOOM. The anchor location is Central Wasatch Commission Offices at 41 North Rio Grande Street, Ste. 102, Salt Lake City, UT. For those wishing to attend the meeting virtually, the public may register for the meeting through the following link. Once registered, meeting attendees will receive an email with a personal meeting access link and a call-in number for those whose only option is to call in.

1. Chair John Knoblock will open the public meeting as Chair of the Trails Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
2. Review and approval of the Minutes from the January 12, 2023 meeting.
2:05 P.M. Discussion
1. Visitor Use Study Trails Section
a. Dr. Jordan Smith will present the Trails section of the CWC's Visitor-Use Study for discussion.
2. USFS Trails Masterplan
a. Compare the masterplan website map with the previous Mountain Accord Trails Plan map. https://www.tricanyontrails.org/engage.html
b. The Committee will discuss any Trails Masterplan updates.
3. Other Trail Planning Updates

1. Chair John Knoblock will close the public meeting as Chair of the Trail Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council.
