NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council will hold the following public hearing on February 28, 2023, at approximately 6:00
p.m. to consider the following:
PUBLIC HEARING - Amending portions of Section 22-8-8(A) General Zone Development
Standards pertaining to overall height requirements for a parapet wall for municipal buildings located
in a C2 zone.
The proposed amendment is available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North
State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or
amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 229-7058.
THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
