NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH February 8, 2023; 10:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 8th day of February 2023, which meeting shall begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. The agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 1-11-2023 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Proposed Cemetery by-laws and term limits. B. Pioneer Cemetery names update by Rich and Cindy Close. C. Pioneer Cemetery Project report from Ben Gordon. D. List of Veterans buried in Park Cemetery in 2022. Along with cut off for new names to be added to the plaque. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. OLD BUSINESS 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 7.
