Conditional Use Permit for a Major B Home Occupation for Forseti, LLC, a home based firearms and sporting accessory retailer located at 71 North Gray Fox Circle 4. Conditional Use Permit for Major B Home Occupation for Helpful Home Buyers, LLC for Adam Stevens for a remodeling contractor business located at 605 South 400 East 5. Final Plat Subdivision approval for Pintail Estates (preliminary plat approval under Manor Estates) 6. Call to the Public 7. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a.
