- NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES to be voted on in the Bear River City Municipal General Election On November 7, 2023 (3) CITY COUNCIL MEMBER 4 YEAR TERM EACH Candidate Filing Period is between June 1, 2023 and June 7, 2023. Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nomination Petition must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah, between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm Monday-Thursday. If the Office Hours listed above does not work with your schedule please call and make an appointment at (435) 279-9047 or email at bearrivercity@frontiernet.net. UCA 10-3-301.
