- February 03, 2023 Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following items which will be discussed and considered: Public Hearing for Ordinance 23-09: Amending 21.12.060: Blocks, Connectivity And Trail Standards Public Hearing for Ordinance 23-07: Amendment To Nibley City R-PUD Development Agreement Between Nibley City And 7 Point Royal, LLC for Nibley Meadows Subdivision The purpose of Ordinance 23-07 is to amend the development agreement to address the Wetlands and the planned future residential units affected thereby. Public Hearing for Ordinance 23-08: Park Development Agreement Between Nibley City And 7 Point Royal, LLC for Nibley Meadows Subdivision The purpose of Ordinance 23-08 is to establish the specific terms, conditions, plans, phasing, and requirements that will govern the improvement of a 4.5-acre Public Park Space approved as part of the development.
