Discussion of potential topics & recommendations for inclusion in Committee's 2023 annual report, including but not limited to: a. Local area benchmark market data & analysis b. 2022-23 salary budget forecast information c. Employee turnover and recruitment data statistics d. Employee benefits information e. Any other data, report, or information deemed relevant to the Committee's ability to formulate responses and recommendations 6. Review & approval of Committee 2023 Annual Report 7. Confirm next meeting date(s): February 21, 2023, 3:30-5:00 PM; (as necessary) May 9, 2023, 4:00-5:00 PM; October 3, 2023, 4:00-5:00 PM 8. Adjourn Meeting
