- ROOSEVELT CITY COUNCIL NOTICE AND AGENDA February 7, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Roosevelt City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday February 7, 2023, at the Roosevelt Municipal Building, 255 South State Street, Roosevelt, Utah.
