WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF ZONE TEXT CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a study meeting to be held on February 15, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. and a public hearing to be held on February 22, 2023 at 4:00 p.m., or as soon as business permits, before the West Valley Planning Commission. Both meetings can be attended in person in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah or electronically via Zoom at: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88955119737, on the following application: Application #ZT-1-2023, filed by WEST VALLEY CITY. Requesting an amendment to Section 7-2-115 of the zoning ordinance to clarify the measurement standards for a commercial vehicle from the 'gross weight' to the 'gross vehicle weight rating' and establish the allowed vehicle Class size for storage of vehicles in Agricultural and Residential zones.
