Eagle MOUNTAIN SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING February 7, 2023 10:00 AM Eagle Mountain Senior Center 1632 East Heritage Drive, Eagle Mountain, Utah 84005 1. Called to order 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Attendance. 4. February Activities a. February 2 Lunch bunch place to be decided Won Won wok b. Senior Council Meeting 10 am February 7 c. Lunches served Feb 1,8,8,15,16,22,23 d. Art class on Feb 1,8,15,22 e. Feb 20 Bingo 5 PM f. Feb 23 Craft at 10 Am project Saint Patrick's day block g. Feb 27, Valentine dinner. Taco Bar, theme is getting to know you. 5. March activities a. Lunch Bunch March 3rd restaurant to be announced. b. Senior Council March 7 at 10 AM c. Lunches served March 1,8,9,15,16,22,23,29,30 d. Art class every Wednesday with an instructor, artists can paint on their own on Thursdays e. Bingo March 20th pot luck dinner 5 PM f. Craft class March 23 Easter Bunny Tin can Planters g. March 27th 5 PM Possible a movie, bring your own refreshments. 6. April a. We will work on crafts for Pony express days booth April and May every Wednesday and Thursday 7. Open discussion a. Future activities b. Christmas in June Activity Catered dinner. c. Pony Express Days dates June 1,2,3 i. No booth on Saturday ??? d. Rodeo date May 30 Memorial day e. May 20 Plant flowers at Cemetery 8. Report on Assignments a. Our budget is under control Just need to watch expenditures so as to have money left in June for catered meal. b. MonAmi computer roll out is a success so far, Only problem month end Billing c. New lights were added parking lot and side walk are lit up at night now. d. Is it possible to build a horse pit on the east side of senior center.???
