Provo City Corporation as the lead entity for the Utah Valley HOME Consortium Public Hearing inviting input for the development of HOME-American Rescue Plan Program Provo City as the lead entity in the Utah Valley Home Consortium is opening a comment period beginning February 14, 2023, and ending March 6, 2023, to invite input for the HOME-ARP (American Recovery Plan) plan. The U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 allocated to Provo City $5,144,957 in HOME American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds to assist persons experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, persons fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking and other vulnerable populations as defined in HUD Notice CPD-21-10(4)(A). All citizens, partner agencies, as well as other interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing or comment as described below to provide their input into the development of this plan. Notice is hereby given that Provo City will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday February 14, 2023, to obtain input on the HOME-ARP Plan for the Utah Valley HOME consortium. The meeting will be conducted in-person starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Provo City Center, 445 West Center Street. The meetings will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing at: youtube.com/provocitycouncil and facebook.com/provocouncil. All comments must be received by March 6, 2023, to be considered in the formulation of the HOME-ARP plan.
