AGENDA 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER. Chairman Klansey Bateman called meeting to order at 5:33p.m 2. ROLL CALL Chairman Klansey Bateman Vice Chairman Devan Clawson Boardmember Vryan Soriano Boardmember Randy Croasmun (PHONE) EXCUSED: City Council Liaison Brandon Grossman 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Pledge of Allegiance was led by Chairman Klansey Bateman 4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD JUNE 28TH, 2022. Motion made by Boardmember Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Chairman Klansey Bateman to approve public hearing minutes recorded for the Wendover City planning and zoning meeting held June 28th, 2022. All in favor, Motion passed. 5. APPROVE OR AMEND THE REGULAR PLANNING AND ZONING MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD JUNE 28TH, 2022. Motion made by Vice Chairperson Devan Clawson, seconded by Boardmember Vrayen Soriano to approve the regular planning and zoning minutes recorded for the Wendover City planning and zoning meeting held June 28th, 2022. All in favor, Motion passed. 5. REVIEW OF COMMERCIAL PLANS FOR PARCEL 08-000-A-0020; EDGAR COLLAZO Edgar Collazo presented drawn out plans for parcel 08-000-A-0020. He mentioned to planning and zoning board that he has yet to get official engineer plans since he does have to pay for them he would like to discuss plans and ideas with planning and zoning before getting engineer plans so he has more ideas on what he wants to do. Edgar mentioned his plans are to fence the whole area, making a vehicle parking area, outdoor events area as well as a mini warehouse were events can be put on. Edgar asks board what they thought of his ideas so far, and if there was anything else they can help him add on that they would like to see here in Wendover. Chairman Klansey Bateman informed Edgar his plans so far look good, but engineer plans are still needed for approval. Edgar states he will reach out to engineer for plans, Public Hearing to be set December 14th, 2022 for review and discussion. 6. BOARDMEMBERS UPDATES AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. None. 7. COUNCIL LIAISON BRANDON GROSSMAN UPDATES AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO. Council Liaison Brandon Grossman excused from meeting. 8. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE LIMIT OF TWO MINUTES None. 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. None. 10. NEW BUSINESS. Discussion of Chairman Klasney Bateman to place new manufactured home being placed at 188 N Aria Blvd. Boardmember Vrayen Soriano had concerns regarding all setbacks being made, as well as some questions regarding plans. Vrayan states he just did not want future wise for those who now see a manufactured home being placed to be able to just buy properties and place trailers everywhere. Vice Chairman Devan Clawson makes comment that anybody can buy property and place a new home but it must be on a permanent foundation, meet all city set back and have approved engineer plans with approval by City Inspector. Boardmember Adam Palafox has resigned from Planning and Zoning effective as of November 19th, 2022. 11. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. None. 12. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2022 AT 5:30PM. Next scheduled planning and zoning meeting set to December 14th, 2022 at 5:30pm to hold public hearing for Parcel 08-000-A-0020; Edgar Collazo 13. ADJOURNMENT.
