Training - Darrin Tingey from T-7 propane has offered to do a training on propane for the dept.

Vehicles - Ford F-450 truck has arrived and been licensed and registered - flat bed has been installed and now need boxes, light bar and radio. .
Radios - The 800 radio was installed in Brush 10 but David Stacey is ordering a missing part to
complete the project

Meeting called to order 8:10 p.m.
Attendance: Board President Brent Stacey, Board Member Chris Schulthess, Seiko Webb and Board Clerk Robert Leifson
It was moved by board member Chris Schulthess and seconded by board president Brent Stacey as follows: That the minutes of November 8th, 2022 be approved.

Finances: 2023 budget
The board discussed the proposed budget it was moved by Board President Brent Stacey and seconded by board member Seiko Webb that the 2023 budget be approved. The motion carried by the affirmative vote Board President Brent Stacey and board members Chris Schulthess and Seiko Webb
Training - The board continues to encourage receiving training from Darren Tingey from T-7 Propane
Personnel- Brent Stacey is on inactive status -
Vehicles - The new F-450 Truck has arrived and is registered and licensed and the title has arrived. Poulsen's is prepared to receive it on December 20th and they have the flat bed to be installed. The plan is to then send it to vehicle lighting to have the light bar installed. Once the truck has returned boxes will be measured and ordered.
Radios - David has ordered the part for the antenna to complete the installation of the radio in Brush10 Rob did submit a request for 800 truck radios and 8 handhelds to the state.
Equipment: The board still has plans to purchase 2 additional chain saws for the wildland trucks
