- PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to Utah Code Section 17C-1-207(3) public notice is hereby given that on February 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as practicable Brigham City will consider a resolution to transfer Davis Park at 455 West 900 North, Parcel No. 03-082-0086, consisting of 2.99 acres to the Brigham City Redevelopment Agency. The Redevelopment Agency meeting will be held at 20 North Main, Brigham City, Utah. All interested parties are invited to attend.
