RE: Public Hearing for consideration of a zone change for the Ellis Subdivision parcel #s 20-2403 and 20-4525
NOTICE is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission received a Zone Change application for parcel #s 20-2403 and 20-4525 and has scheduled a Public Hearing on February 15, 2023.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, as part of the regular Daniel Town Planning Commission Meeting. It is a public hearing during an open meeting in which you can voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Town website (www.danielutah.org), the Utah Public Notice website (utah.gov/pmn), and printed in The Wasatch Wave.
This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
