- The Boulder Town Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, February 9, starting at 6:00 pm at the Boulder Community Center Meeting Room, 351 No 100 East, Boulder, UT. Public Hearing, Peterson Home Business CUP, Om Maitre Ayurveda, 4650 No Moqui St 5. Discussion and vote on Peterson CUP 6. Public Hearing, Wasierski Home Business CUP, Wandering Bear Wellness, 2000 No Hwy 12 7. Discussion and vote on Wasierski CUP 8. Continued discussion on work group progress 9. Discuss ordinance change process, goals for performance-based subdivisions, street standards 10. Onboarding training for PC members: Shelley's outline 11. Final public comments 12.
