The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 2nd day of February 2023.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from January 5, 2023.
6- Discussion and possible approval of local consent for Clue Night at the museum.
7- Discussion and possible approval of local consent for Helper Brewing.
8- Discussion and possible approval for Helper Project would like to do a memorial for Tom Williams to benefit the basketball court at Locust Street Park.
9- Discussion and possible approval of appointments.
10- Discussion and possible approval of HVAC at Rio Theater.
11- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing a new firewall from Les Olson in the amount of $4460.
12- Discussion for damages for DeVincent Enterprises incurred during the Floodplain Development Permitting process and Building Permit Process.
Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads.
Possible closed session.
